ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.254 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent and file final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation has already been completed and they are going to file a negative final report before the jurisdictional Court shortly.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
