To call for the records relating to he order in Cr.M.P.No.963 of 2024 dated 11.09.2024 in S.C.No.10 of 2024 on the file of the learned Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/SR(POA) Act, 1989, Thoothukudi and set aside the same and grant bail to the appellants by allowing this criminal appeal. Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.K.SUYAMBULINGABHARATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 and 2, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to appear before Inspector of Police, Thirumangalam Police Station, Chennai daily at 07.30 pm., in Crl.A.(MD).No.791 of 2024 on 04.10.2024 in connection with the Crime No.224 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly. He further submitted that this Court relaxed the condition imposed on the co-accused(A7). Hence, he seeks to relax the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

4. Considering the said submission and the trial Court already relaxed the coaccused A7's condition, therefore, the condition imposed as against the petitioners 2/4
