ORDER

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3115 of 2022 dated 17.02.2022, this Contempt Petition is filed.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 submits that out of 34 vendors, 26 venodres have paid the amount as per the order of this Court, dated 17.02.2022. However, 8 persons have not paid the amount, as was directed by this Court.

3. The submission of the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 stands recorded.

4. In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed. It is open for the respondent to take appropriate action against the eight persons, who have not complied with the order of this Court, dated 17.02.2022.. 20.04.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes Sn To 1.The District Collector, Kanyakumari District.
