ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.89 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that after completing the investigation, final report has been filed before the trial Court on 07.11.2023 itself.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to process the final report within the time stipulated. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out remedy before the concerned Court through appropriate proceedings, if he is aggrieved by the contents of the final report.

4. With this direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
