This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to conduct an enquiry and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 01.03.2024.
2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner on 01.03.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
