ORDER
This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of Cr.No.104 of 2023 from the file of 2nd Respondent to some other unbiased Police or agency for fair to conduct impartial investigation.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Court, as 'Further Action Dropped', regarding which RCS notice was also served to the defacto complainant.
3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum if he is aggrieved over the closure of the complaint.
