ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue a direction, directing the Additional Munsif Judge, Karur to dispose O.S.No.414 of 2013, the suit for declaration, mandatory injunction and permanent injunction on the file of said Court within a stipulated period.

2. The grievance of the revision petitioner is that eventhough the suit is of the year 2013, still the defendant has not filed any written statement and the trial Court is giving free adjournment to the respondent herein.

3. Since some of the respondents were attained majority during the course of trial process, in view of the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the trial Court herein to speed up the trial process and complete the same at the earliest.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
