Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Declaration to declare the works allotted in respect of Petitioner's Panchayat covered under the Administrative sanction order passed by the District Collector / 3rd respondent herein vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.R9/1461/2023 dated 10.10.2023 is null and void as the tender process in connection therewith was held without any open invitation as mandated under the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act 1998 and consequently to direct the 4th respondent to initiate process of tender afresh by issuing paper publication strictly in accordance with Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act 1998 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
