O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records of the impugned FIR in Crime No.720 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent, dated 23.11.2020 and quash the same as illegal.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent, after completing the investigation, Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.208 of 2023.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this matter has become infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
