ORDER

Considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2024 had been made and that the same is pending with the second respondent for consideration, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
