ORDER

The petitioners, with a grievance that the order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.21632 of 2021 dated 01.07.2022 has not been complied, have filed this contempt petition.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions, submitted that as against the order passed in the batch of writ petitions, they have preferred writ appeals in WA(MD)No.217 of 2023, etc., batch. He further submitted that the Division Bench of this Court has entertained the appeals and has granted an order of interim stay.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Advocate General, this contempt petition is closed. The petitioners are at liberty to renew this application based on the outcome of the writ appeal, if need so.
