This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.119 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and to quash the same.

2. The petitioner herein is the first accused in Crime No.119 of 2013, on the file of the first respondent. He filed this application to quash the F.I.R.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that in the year 2013 itself, after completing investigation, final report has been filed and the same was taken on file as S.T.C.No.352 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur.
