PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection to life and limp of the petitioners and his family members based on the representation dated 30.07.2023 and 08.11.2023. ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection to life and limp of the petitioners and his family members based on the representation dated 30.07.2023 and 08.11.2023.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner and the private respondent are neighbours. Over using the electricity, trouble arose between the parties. Over which only, representations have been made.
3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, I find absolutely no reason to entertain this petition. There is no question of granting police protection to the petitioner. Let the representations be disposed of immediately by the second respondent. 4.With the above said directions, this Criminal Original petition 2/4
stands dismissed.
