This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thottiyam, Trichy District in Crime NO.140 of 2023 dated 17.05.2023 pending on the file of the respondent police within a time limit as stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that investigation in Crime NO.140 of 2023 has been completed and final report has also been filed before the lower Court through e-filing No.02400085, on 02.05.2024.
