ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent to not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2024.

2. The petitioner has sent a complaint seeking restraining the officials to not to survey the petitioner's land. On the complaint of the petitioner CSR No. 932 of 2024 assigned, thereafter no action has been taken. Hence the present petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the petitioner's complaint CSR No. 932 of 2024 assigned and the petitioner 2/6

and the counter parties were called for enquiry and finding that there are civil dispute pending between the them advise them to approach the civil court seeking relief and closed the complaint.
