2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that C.C.Nos.99 to 103 of 2010, which were already closed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madurai on 26.09.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. On perusal of the proceedings, dated 26.09.2017, the learned Judicial Magistrate released the accused under Section 4

(1) of Good Conduct Act and they shall be kept under the supervision of Superintendent, under Section 4(3) of the said Act and it was ordered that they shall execute a bail bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each, Hence nothing survives for adjudication in these petitions.

4.In view of the above said submission, these criminal original petitions are dismissed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
