This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.295 of 2024, dated 21.10.2024 pending on the file of the first respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 189(3), 127, 118(1) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that already investigation was completed and final report has been filed and the trial Court has taken cognizance in C.C.No.19 of 2025 on the file Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi. 2/4

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for 'non prosecution'. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report.
