ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the false complaint given by the above named 3rd respondent, based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2023 and 03.11.2023. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that because of the pathway dispute between the petitioners and private respondent, frequent trouble was made by the private respondent. Over which, they gave a complaint. But without properly enquiring the complaint, the second petitioner, who is now in chennai, was directed to appear before the respondent Police.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioners, originally a case in Crime No.84 of 2023 was registered against the private respondent for the offences under Sections 447,294(b) and 506(i) of IPC, dated 28.02.2023. Thereafter, they repeatedly sent complaint against the 2/5

others and the police officials. Totally 13 complaints were sent without any basis.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), let the petitioner appear before the respondent police and cooperate with the enquiry. The enquiry process be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There is no question of harassment. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 17.11.2023 NCC :
