2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition condition no.6(iii) imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to appear and sign before the respondent police weekly twice ie., on every Monday and Friday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on receipt of summons. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
