take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.05.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is the wife of the proposed accused and the earlier complaint was closed as both parties agreed to live together and that preliminary enquiry is being conducted to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out.

3.In view of the aforesaid submissions, the respondents shall conclude the enquiry and communicate the decision taken in the enquiry to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
