This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings in P.R.C.No.9 of 2013, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur and quash the same as far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. The petitioner herein is the accused in P.R.C.No.09 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur. He filed this application to call for the records pertaining to the above said case and to quash the same as illegal.

represented that P.R.C.No.09 of 2013 was committed to the Court of Sessions, Trichirappalli and the same was taken on file as S.C.No.194 of 2013. Further, he added that as of now, the said case was disposed on 23.02.2015, in which, the petitioner herein got an order of acquittal. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

4.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
