2. By the impugned order dated 31.08.2023 in W.P.(MD) No.21227 of 2023, the learned Judge imposed cost of Rs.25,000/- on the appellate authority.

3. We are of the view that the imposition of cost was not necessary. The imposition of cost is set aside. This writ appeal stands allowed to this extent alone. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
