PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12560 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12560 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 14 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 14 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in 2/4

Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioners in CRL.OP.(MD)No.12560 of 2025 on 29.07.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
