ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to modify the condition No.(ii) 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CrlMP(MD)No.13020 of 2025 in CrlA(MD)No.843 of 2025 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10543 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.843 of 2025 dated 08.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would also concede the same.

4. Considering the above, the condition No.5(ii) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10543 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.843 of 2025, dated 08.08.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Tiruchirappalli, at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every month until further orders. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
