ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the documents that were executed and registered in the year 1999, 2008 & 2017. 2/4

3. The petitioner invokes Section 77-A of the Registration Act for cancelling the petition mentioned document. The petitioner will have to necessarily await the outcome of the decision to be rendered by the Hon'ble Larger Bench. As and when the said decision comes, the first respondent will act accordingly.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
