2.Learned counsel for the petitioner in both Writ Petitions states that the appeal is in the process of being filed today along with a stay application. Such appeal, if filed by end of business today, shall be 2/4

taken on file by the appellate authority without reference to limitation and disposed in accordance with law. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner in both Writ Petitions states that the stay petition is also being filed, let the same be disposed within a period of four (4) weeks from today after hearing the petitioner in both Writ Petitions. There shall be no coercive action initiated for a period of four (4) weeks or till disposal of the stay applications.

3.With this, the challenge to order dated 01.09.2025 is rejected and the Writ Petitions are dismissed with liberty as aforesaid. Mr.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader will communicate a copy of this order to the District Collector, Sivagangai District for necessary action.
