3.The case of the petitioner is that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. Due to which, the third respondent, who is the Sub Inspector of Police attached to the second respondent Police Station and the fourth respondent harassed her, without following due process of law and also threatened her by stating that they will foisted a false case as against her and thereby, she preferred 2/4
a complaint before the first respondent herein and the same is pending. Hence, the petitioner filed the present petition. 4.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was initiated and the same is pending.
5.The petitioner and the fourth respondent are directed to participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent Police is free to register an FIR. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
