ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.121 of 2022, dated 13.04.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, the first accused had obtained anticipatory bail from this Court, fourth accused was arrested by the respondent police and the other accused are absconding. He would further submit that the property, which is a container lorry was already recovered and the investigation is in progress and hence three months time may be granted for completing complete the investigation and filing a final report before the jurisdictional Court.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the vehicles used for committing the offence are yet to be recovered. 4.Recording the said submissions, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.121 of 2022 and file final report 2/4

before the jurisdictional Court, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
