ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry without due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the representation dated 22.12.2022 submitted by the petitioner to the first respondent and the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Anti-Land Grabbing Special Cell, Theni District have not been considered till date.

4. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner 2/4

may be directed to give afresh representation to the second respondent herein.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to give afresh representation to the second respondent and on such representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders within a period of one week from the date of representation.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
