ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.35 of 2022, dated 26.02.2022, on the file of respondent police station.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, after completion of investigation, the respondent police had filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti and the same was taken on file as S.T.C.No.413 of 2022.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
