When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that the issue is being amicably resolved by extending the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.97 (Co-operative Society, Food and Consumer Safety Department (CCI)), dated 01.11.2021 in favour of the petitioner.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of by recording the said submission. No costs.
