PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8431 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8431 of 2025, dated 08.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that first petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 59 days and second petitioner has been complying with the condition for 5 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the first petitioner is complying with the condition for 59 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 8431 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025 is relaxed. 2/4

However, the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. As far as the second petitioner is concerned, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 8431 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025 is modified to the effect that the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
