ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in W.L.O.R.No.12 of 2024 dated 19.08.2024 on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputtur though e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
