ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Theni to accept one personal bond with two sureties in Crl.M.P.Nos.1746, 2799, 2802 and 2801 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Theni, Theni District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Theni, shall accept the personal bond and two Common sureties out of which one must be a blood related surety in all the cases (Crl.M.P.Nos.1746, 2799, 2802 and 2801 of 2025).
