ORDER

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that based on the order passed by this Court, G.O.Ms.(D)No.440, Agriculture Farmers Welfare (AE.3) Department, dated 11.12.2025 was issued by the Tamilndau Government and he has produced a copy of the said Government Order. He further submitted that consequent to the said Government Order, the arrears of salary was also paid to the petitioner. Accordingly, the order of this Court has been complied with by the Government.

2. Recording the said submission, the present contempt petition is closed. In case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any of the portion of noncompliance, he is at liberty to reopen the contempt. 11.12.2025 PJL 2/4
