This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.310 of 2022, dated 15.09.2022 on the file of the first respondent in respect of the petitioner.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and the FIR in Crime No.310 of 2022 has been referred as a 'Mistake of Fact' on 15.09.2022 and the same was also reported before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
