This petition is filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6000 of 2013, dated 04.09.2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumangalam and consequently, to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5750 of 2013, dated 27.08.2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumangalam.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the respondent, after completing the investigation, filed a charge sheet before the concerned court.

3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
