O R D E R

The petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.1, in Crime No.80 of 2012, on the file of the 1st respondent police. This application has been filed under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the said FIR as against the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions would submit that on 14.08.2017 itself, the said FIR was closed as 'further action dropped'.

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
