ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to expedite the investigation in connection with the Cr.No.199 of 2024 on the file of the Thiruchitrambalam Police Station and to file a Final Report before the Competent Court within a stipulated time frame.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that after investigation of the petitioner's complaint, final report was filed referring the case as mistake of fact and the same has also been communicated to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
