Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition no. 5 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18745 of 2024, dated 29.10.2024, by directing the petitioners to report before the respondent Police "as and when required" instead of to report before the respondent Police "daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that till date, the petitioners have not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.5 (b) of the order.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the difficulty expressed by the petitioners, the condition imposed by this Court in 2/3
