This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to withdraw the case in Crime no.322 f 2023 dated 18.08.2023 on the file of fifth respondent and entrust the same to third respondent or any other competent officials for completion of investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor 2/5

for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and further action was dropped.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
