ORDER

After presenting a request for correction of an alleged UDR error to the District Revenue Officer on 07.07.2025, the petitioner seeks the expeditious disposal thereof.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 4. He submits that the request would be disposed of on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents herein.

3.In view of the above submission of learned Additional Government Pleader, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the private respondents herein. 4.Accordingly without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request dated 07.07.2025 after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents herein. shall be completed within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
