2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.12795 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13693 of 2023 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions on fourteen occasions.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.12795 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.13693 of 2023 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
