The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to take action on the complaint dated 24.02.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the complaint was initially registered in CSR No.111 of 2025 and since no cognizable offence was made out, the case was closed.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. The respondents shall forthwith communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the actions of the respondents, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
