ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.57 of 2009 on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same in so far as the petitioner / A5 is concerned.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent / Police submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been prepared on 08.03.2018 and the same has to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, within a short time.

3.Recording the above statement, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
