(1)Today, the above matter is listed under the caption ''For Being Mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. (2)The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by order dated 27.11.2024, disposed of the writ petition. However, the name of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned as ''S.Jeyapandiyan'' instead of ''R.Jayalingeswaran''. Hence, the learned counsel seeks for appropriate orders.

(3)In view of the aforesaid submission, the Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the cause title, particularly, the name of the petitioner as ''R.Jayalingeswaran '', instead of ''S.Jeyapandiyan'' and issue fresh order copy forthwith.
