This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.10 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as far as the petitioners are concerned.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has laid the final report dated 09.07.2022 as 'further action dropped' and that RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant. 2/4
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. 02.01.2023 NCC :
