ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsel are pressent. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already this matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the compromise also recorded and the proceedings in C.C.No.140 of 2024 has been quashed and also produced a copy of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4158 of 2025.

2. On perusal of the order passed by this Court, it reveals that based on the compromise, C.C.No.140 of 2024 in FIR in Crime No.10 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Magisterial Level), Tanjure 2/4

has been quashed. Since the proceedings in C.C.No.140 of 2024 has been quashed, no further orders required to be passed in this case.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 23.06.2026 apd TO
