ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to initiate proceedings of suo moto review reviewing the order dated 03.10.1978 made in O.A.No.13 of 1978 on the file of the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2024.

2. Considering the fact that representation was made by the petitioner on 11.11.2024, there shall be a direction to the first respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.11.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after providing an opportunity to the petitioner and all other concerned with regard to Arulmighu Angala Eswari temple situated at Melakudalor, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

order. This order shall not preclude the second respondent from complying with the order of this Court made in W.P.(MD) No.23646 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024.
