CRL A (MD)No.879/2023:- Criminal Appeal filed Under Section 14(A)(2) of SC/ST Act,1989 as amended by Act 1 of 2016, to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 20.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No. 3549 of 2023 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge(PCR),Tirunelveli and to set aside the same and enlarge the appellant in connection with Crime No.181 of 2023 on the file of the Second respondent police by allowing this Criminal Appeal.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Sukumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Manikandan, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: "This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.879 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.879 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further order."
